Brownies on our sugar fast??? Wha??? I have found that I do really well avoiding white flour and processed sugars if I can have a treat here and there. The brownie bites are made from dates, walnuts, cocoa powder (unsweetened), cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt. The dates give you a whole foods source of sugar and the walnuts give you a whole foods source of fat. They are very sweet and just 1-2 can really satisfy a craving. Hope you enjoy!
