September 27th Menu

It's Fall! That was fast! Here's a look at this week's menu!


White Beans with carrots, bay, rosemary, and local garlic and local sourdough featuring Sylvan's Artisan Bread from Jasper AR, Rosemary from my garden, local garlic and carrots.


Asian Tofu Tacos - with slaw and kim chi mayo featuring mamma Zi's corn tortillas, bell peppers from Villines Farm and live, active kimchi for your probiotics!


Buddha Bowl with local sweet potato, greens, lentils, hummus, red cabbage, and sauce featuring Prairie Woods Farm greens


Asian Stir fry with ginger and local veggies with soba noodles (or GF on request) Featuring a variety of local veggies from the farmer's market


Fall Harvest cupcakes with A&A Orchard apples, carrots, zucchini, and parsnip with a maple cashew cream frosting
