Waves of Gratitude

I have tried to practice gratitude for many years now. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes I have to really dig deep. Sometimes I know it's all ego! Sometimes I feel so humbled. When I started this project I was scared. I've had the experience of cooking for celebrities, CEOs, famous martial artists, and people from all over the world. But, I think I suffer from importers syndrome sometimes! The world was literally in a crisis and I had to do something to make us more money to make it. I didn't think I could do it. I cried y'all! Like for 2 days. However, this project has been the most rewarding thing I've ever done. My members, that's you, are some of the strongest, bravest, kindest, and hard working women (yes you all happen to be women) I have ever had the privilege of serving. Each week the orders come in and I am filled with purpose, joy, and peace. Each week I go out to the farm and am totally "on". I feel like it is a gift that I get to serve and support you beautiful women with this humble food. At pick ups, everyone is so kind, patient, and respectful. I really appreciate and give thanks daily for this opportunity. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. -Lindsey
